Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as indicated on our website during promotions.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Sambhav Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we pack our fragile 3D items with extreme care. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.
