Cancellation Policy

We strive to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

For customized items (e.g., personalized text, names, or specific 3D prints), cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun. Please contact us immediately at sambhavcreationshisar@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.

Refund Policy

At Sambhav Creations, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.

• Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
• Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
